Croatian President Ivo Josipovic on Monday received Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajcak, the President's Office said in a statement, adding that the talks focused on Croatia's EU entry.
Lajcak said Slovakia actively supported Croatia's accelerated admission to the European Union, expressing conviction Zagreb met all the criteria from EU membership negotiations.
Slovakia welcomes and strongly supports the Croatian president's attempts to establish and resume dialogue among countries in the region, stressing it was the only way to achieve peace, security and prosperity for all, the statement said.
