German President Horst Koehler and his wife will be on an official visit to Croatia from 14 to 16 April at the invitation of Croatian President Stjepan Mesić.
The German president will hold talks with President Mesić, Prime Minister Ivo Sanader and Parliament Speaker Luka Bebić.
President Koehler will be accompanied by a large delegation of business people who will be attending a Croatian-German economic forum. The opening of the forum will be attended by the two presidents.
The German president is expected to visit Zagreb's Goethe Institute, where he will meet students from Zagreb University specialising in German language and literature. German President is also expected to meet representatives of the non-governmental sector.
At the end of the visit, Koehler and his wife will visit the city of Dubrovnik.
