{"id":13063,"date":"2021-10-20T14:40:34","date_gmt":"2021-10-20T12:40:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.predsjednik.hr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=13063"},"modified":"2021-10-20T14:40:36","modified_gmt":"2021-10-20T12:40:36","slug":"president-milanovic-receives-6th-congress-of-croatian-historians-delegation","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.predsjednik.hr\/en\/news\/president-milanovic-receives-6th-congress-of-croatian-historians-delegation\/","title":{"rendered":"President Milanovi\u0107 Receives 6th Congress of Croatian Historians Delegation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The President of the Republic Zoran Milanovi\u0107 received in his Office a delegation of the 6<sup>th<\/sup> Congress of Croatian Historians, which was held from the 29<sup>th <\/sup>of September until the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> of October 2021 in Rijeka under the patronage of the President of the Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Culture was the main topic of the congress, since Rijeka was the European Capital of Culture in 2020. The congress was organized by the Croatian National Committee for Historical Sciences, the Croatian Historical Society from Zagreb and the Department of History of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Rijeka, with the participation of several other co-organizers from Rijeka and Krk Island. The congress was attended by more than two hundred Croatian historians and a number of foreign researchers of Croatian history.
