Speaking about health services in the Croatian army, he said that it is a service, which began like the entire Croatian army \u2013 with difficulty, unpredictably and painfully thirty years ago. \u201cYour predecessors worked in dire conditions, exposing themselves and what they learned, not suspecting what they would deal with in 1991\u201d, he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThank you for having chosen this calling. Behind you is a great deal of difficult and serious work. I congratulate you on joining the Croatian army and believe that the army will be equally smart and good towards you, that it will provide you with what every physician needs, motivate you to stay in the system, allow you to develop yourselves and give what every good physician can give\u201d, President Milanovi\u0107 told the graduates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ranks, officer\u2019s daggers, certificates and credentials certifying the completion of the first officer training level were presented to the graduates by President Milanovi\u0107, the Assistant Chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces for Health Services Major General Boris Zdilar, and the Deputy Commander of the Dr. Franjo Tu\u0111man Croatian Defence Academy Brigadier General Bla\u017e Beretin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside President Milanovi\u0107 were the Adviser to the President for Defence and National Security Dragan Lozan\u010di\u0107, the Head of the Croatian Military Academy Damir Stru\u010di\u0107 and the Commander of the Andrija Matija\u0161 Pauk Officers\u2019 School Colonel Mirko Sto\u0161i\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n<!--GALLERY BLOCK-->\n<div class=\"c-lightbox-gallery
