D., and Her Majesty Letizia, the Queen of Spain, discussed at a working meeting held today at the Office of the President innovative approaches to preventing childhood obesity. Her Majesty Letizia, the Queen of Spain, is on a visit to Zagreb as part of an official visit to the Republic of Croatia together with His Majesty Felipe VI, the King of Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scale of the childhood obesity issue \u2013 both in Croatia and Spain, and throughout Europe \u2013 was discussed at the working meeting. The importance of preventing obesity in children in order to preserve the health of the entire population was highlighted. Also, the importance of a comprehensive approach to obesity prevention through a multi-sectoral set of intervention measures aimed at all periods of life was emphasized. The wife of the President of the Republic of Croatia Prof. Sanja Musi\u0107 Milanovi\u0107, Ph.
