Furthermore, the meeting topics included multilateral cooperation and relations between the European Union and countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. Views were exchanged as well on the current security situation in Europe and the global consequences of Russian aggression against Ukraine. Minister Vieira conveyed the invitation of the new Brazilian President Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva for President Milanovi\u0107 to visit Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For extraordinary services in the development of good and friendly relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Federative Republic of Brazil, President Milanovi\u0107 decorated Minister Vieira with the Order of Duke Branimir with Ribbon.
