{"id":21914,"date":"2023-02-17T11:34:56","date_gmt":"2023-02-17T10:34:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.predsjednik.hr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=21914"},"modified":"2023-02-17T11:35:41","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T10:35:41","slug":"president-milanovic-meets-with-students-enrolled-in-matica-hrvatska-school-of-communication-studies","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.predsjednik.hr\/en\/news\/president-milanovic-meets-with-students-enrolled-in-matica-hrvatska-school-of-communication-studies\/","title":{"rendered":"President Milanovi\u0107 Meets with Students Enrolled in Matica Hrvatska School of Communication Studies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President of the Republic Zoran Milanovi\u0107 visited today <em>Matica Hrvatska<\/em> where he met with its leadership and spoke with students who are enrolled in the School of Communication Studies of Croatia\u2019s leading cultural institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting with President Milanovi\u0107, at which the institution\u2019s role and activities were discussed, was attended by the President of <em>Matica Hrvatska<\/em> Miro Gavran, Vice Presidents Mario Jareb and Dubravka Orai\u0107 Toli\u0107, and General Secretary Marijo Dominikovi\u0107. The delegation informed President Milanovi\u0107 about <em>Matica Hrvatska\u2019s <\/em>expansion in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina with the establishment of new branches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">President Milanovi\u0107 then spoke with journalism students of the Faculty of Political Science, Faculty of Croatian Studies and the Catholic University of Croatia, who attended the <em>Matica Hrvatska<\/em> School of Communication Studies, which was launched with the aim of providing students of journalism and communication with additional extracurricular media education.
