Referring to Prime Minister Plenkovi\u0107\u2019s claims that he should have reacted to judge Ivan Turudi\u0107\u2019s actions in 2015 when he was Prime Minister, President Milanovi\u0107 stressed that \u201ctwo wrongs don\u2019t make a right\u201d, and added: \u201cThat\u2019s not an excuse, that\u2019s impudence because in recent days we\u2019ve witnessed the trampling of human dignity. Now you\u2019ll see when the storm hits, how you fare when you trample on the dignity of the Croatian people. This is spitting in the face of Croats who have brains\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking further about Ivan Turudi\u0107, President Milanovi\u0107 said: \u201cYesterday they caught Plenkovi\u0107\u2019s landloper lying again on RTL. It seems that Mami\u0107 drove him to RTL. How sweet\u201d, he said, adding that this is not about reduced expression but about lies. \u201cIn a huge conflict of interest, that enters the sphere of a criminal act. This is an abuse of elementary ethical rules. Imagine Turudi\u0107 with the powers of the EPPO, so they could all arm themselves\u201d, he noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Answering a question on the introduction of military service in Croatia, the President of the Republic said: \u201cIt would be normal for Minister Anu\u0161i\u0107 to comment, he is a reasonable person, it\u2019s clear to him what time it is. He was a soldier in the war, he understands what it\u2019s all about\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
