On whose behalf and in whose interest does Plenkovi\u0107 give himself the right to take part in discussions on the participation of Croatian troops in the war in Ukraine? Is Plenkovi\u0107 pushing the introduction of compulsory military service in Croatia to prepare Croatian troops to go to war in Ukraine?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The position of President Milanovi\u0107 is firm and clear: as long as he is the head of state and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces, no Croatian soldier will go to fight in the war in Ukraine.
