The Decision shall take immediate effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Given that Mr. \u017deljko Jovanovi\u0107&#8217;s mandate as a member of the Croatian Parliament is beginning, he cannot hold the office of the President&#8217;s Commissioner for Sports.
