{"id":35735,"date":"2025-01-22T15:51:16","date_gmt":"2025-01-22T14:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.predsjednik.hr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=35735"},"modified":"2025-01-23T11:35:00","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T10:35:00","slug":"president-milanovic-at-international-conference-zagorje-2025-regional-investment-summit","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.predsjednik.hr\/en\/news\/president-milanovic-at-international-conference-zagorje-2025-regional-investment-summit\/","title":{"rendered":"President Milanovi\u0107 at International Conference \u201cZagorje 2025: Regional Investment Summit\u201c"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President of the Republic Zoran Milanovi\u0107 participated in Zabok today in the international conference \u201cZagorje 2025: Regional Investment Summit\u201d, organized by Krapina-Zagorje County, holder of the European Entrepreneurial Region title for 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This international conference brought together leading experts, decision-makers and academics to discuss key global trends in competitiveness, sustainable development and the significance of Krapina-Zagorje County as a European Entrepreneurial Region for 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prestigious title of European Entrepreneurial Region for 2025 was awarded to Krapina-Zagorje County at the plenary session of the European Committee of the Regions in Brussels in June 2024. This recognition was awarded to Krapina-Zagorje County for implementing ambitious entrepreneurial strategies for the sustainable, resilient and digital growth of its local and regional economies and is one of three European regions to have received the award. Along with Krapina-Zagorje County, this year&#8217;s winners are the Spanish region of Galicia and the Polish province of Mazovia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the conference \u201cZagorje 2025: Regional investment Summit\u201c, President Milanovi\u0107 followed the discussion and presentations on the topic Global Competitiveness Trends by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Zagreb, Sanja Sever Mali\u0161, and by Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Zagreb, Ljubo Jur\u010di\u0107.
