The announcement of the best managers and entrepreneurs in the economy was held in February this year, when 10 awards were presented in various categories to managers who marked business in 2024 with their entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and professional, ethical, and responsible business practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Croatian Managers\u2019 &amp; Entrepreneurs\u2019 Association \u2013 CROMA included members of the Executive Board: President of the Management Board of Primaco\u0161ped, Petar \u0160imi\u0107; founder and director of Poslovna riznica company, Igor Benakovi\u0107; and owner and director of Communication Laboratory, Manuela \u0160ola. Also present were the General Manager of Heidelberg Materials for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and also member of the CROMA Management Board, Branimir Muid\u017ea; General Manager of the Croatian Managers\u2019 &amp; Entrepreneurs\u2019 Association \u2013 CROMA, Ana Falak, and Operational Manager of CROMA Danijela Mili\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the meeting in the Office of the President of the Republic, they presented the managers and entrepreneurs who received the annual awards for 2024: entrepreneur in the large entrepreneur category, Milan Vrdoljak, President of the Board and owner of Ricardo company; entrepreneur in the medium entrepreneur category, Nata\u0161a Kapov Kostovski, sector director in Lemax company; entrepreneur in the small entrepreneur category Goran Oparnica, director of the company INsig2; entrepreneur in the micro entrepreneur category, Josipa Maras, founder and owner of the company Studio; manager of the year in the foreign manager category, Andreas R\u00f6rig, President of the Board of E.ON Croatia; manager of the year in the socially responsible company category, Marin Rogi\u0107, founder and owner of the Croatian Umbrella and Tabacco Logistics, and winner of the \u201cTihomir Premu\u017eak\u201d award for positive social impact; Assoc. Prof. Stipislav Jadrijevi\u0107, PhD, Head of the Department of Abdominal Surgery and Team Leader for Multivisceral Solid Organ Transplantation at Merkur University Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Croatian Managers\u2019 &amp; Entrepreneurs\u2019 Association \u2013 CROMA is the first independent national professional association that has been continuously working for 30 years to improve the public dignity of the management profession, entrepreneurial culture and the overall management capacities of the Croatian economy.
