Salami Fair in Samobor, an event that has encouraged the making of indigenous traditional products for almost four decades and represents a valuable contribution to the tourist offer of the town of Samobor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Samobor Salami Fair is a competitive event where hobbyist and professional producers strive to excel as masters in making cured meat products, and this year&#8217;s 37<sup>th<\/sup> Samobor Salami Fair is being held under the patronage of the President of the Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The gathering was greeted by the host of the event, the president of the Samobor Salami Fair Organizing Committee and vice president of its organizer the \u201cZlatna \u0160ajba\u201d Association, Dr. Dubravko Vidu\u010d, and the mayor of the town of Samobor, Petra \u0160krobot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first Samobor Salami Fair was held in 1989, and since then it has developed into a real gastronomic attraction and a commendable event of a competitive nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside President Milanovi\u0107 was the Special Adviser to the President for the Economy
