{"id":37418,"date":"2025-05-06T16:56:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-06T14:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.predsjednik.hr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=37418"},"modified":"2025-05-07T09:58:10","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T07:58:10","slug":"president-milanovic-meets-with-uae-croatia-business-club-representatives","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.predsjednik.hr\/en\/news\/president-milanovic-meets-with-uae-croatia-business-club-representatives\/","title":{"rendered":"President Milanovi\u0107 Meets with \u201cUAE-Croatia Business Club\u201c Representatives"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President of the Republic Zoran Milanovi\u0107 met today with representatives of the \u201cUAE-Croatia Business Club\u201d, a business non-profit initiative established with the aim of promoting economic ties between Croatia and the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The President of the \u201cUAE-Croatia Business Club\u201d, Neven Rogini\u0107, presented the Club\u2019s achievements to date, along with plans and activities being carried out as part of efforts to establish a Croatian Business Council in Dubai. The process began in April this year under the auspices of Dubai Chambers. The initiative aims to create a lasting and institutional platform for cooperation between Croatian and Emirati companies, with the support of relevant authorities in both countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interest in developing economic cooperation between Croatia and the UAE, Rogini\u0107 said, was confirmed by his meeting with the UAE Minister of Economy, Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, who expressed open support for Croatian companies and proposed a joint organization of the arrival of an Emirati investment delegation to Croatia this year. During the meeting, Rogini\u0107 also emphasized the importance of cooperation with the Consul General of the Republic of Croatia to Dubai, Jasmin Devli\u0107, as well as the continued support of the UAE Ambassador to Croatia Ahmed Alattar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rogini\u0107 said that high-level support provides additional encouragement for further initiatives and the building of economic bridges between the two countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also attending the meeting was the \u201cUAE-Croatia Business Club\u201c associate, Ida Aleksandra Jovanovi\u0107.
