The race is taking place under the patronage of the President of the Republic in Barban on 23 August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since this year marks the 330<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of first mentioning of the Game, during the meeting, the representatives of the Society recalled the historical origins of this knightly horse-riding event, which dates back to 1696 and was revitalized in 1976. \u201cTilting the Ring\u201d takes place every year in the penultimate weekend of August. In 2016, the race was registered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegation of the \u201cTilting the Ring\u201d Society included the Society\u2019s President Aldo Osip, alongside Presidium members Valter Batel, Fabris Peru\u0161ko and Danijel Ben\u010di\u0107.
