A year full of uncertainty lies ahead, and soon one of the most important decisions in the history of the Croatian army awaits you, a decision that will be made by Croatian politics, the Croatian state leadership, the Croatian Government \u2013 a decision on the procurement of multi-role fighter aircraft. This decision will not be significant to the world, but will mean that we feel better and safer. Your work will be done in a more serious and modern way\u201d, President Milanovi\u0107 said in his address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe air force is expensive, it\u2019s not just airplanes but years-long maintenance\u201d, the President stated, and added: \u201cIt includes better radar equipment for Croatia. We have to know, if we\u2019re already flying, what\u2019s approaching us in the sky\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA year of uncertainty looms in which we will win\u201d, President Milanovi\u0107 noted, and once again called upon all those who are undecided to resolve to get the vaccine. \u201cWe will win the virus that is among us by getting vaccinated\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the occasion of the foundation of the Croatian Air Force, the President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces Zoran Milanovi\u0107 together with Defence Minister Mario Bano\u017ei\u0107 , the Chief of the General Staff Admiral Robert Hranj and the Commander of the Croatian Air Force Brigadier General Michael Kri\u017eanec, presented promotions, commendations and
