The Protocol of the President of the Republic of Croatia performs professional, organizational and technical tasks; protocol and ceremonial tasks for the needs of the President of the Republic and the officials in the Office of the President; performs tasks related to the preparation and implementation of programmes for official and working visits of the President to foreign countries; prepares and implements programmes for the visit of foreign heads of state and other high-ranking foreign officials to the Republic of Croatia; prepares the calendar of visits and travels; attends to the President\u2019s gifts; participates in drawing up credentials, letters patent and exequaturs; performs ceremonial tasks for special gala and other events of significance for the Republic of Croatia (preparation of state visits, national and international gatherings), performs professional tasks related to the presentation of credentials to the President of the Republic, and performs other appropriate protocol activities by order of the President of the Republic, the Head of Office and the Chief of Protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n \n
