President Milanović Receives Members of Croatian Women Leaders Association Lead.You
The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović received today representatives of the Croatian Women Leaders Association Lead.You that brings together leading Croatian women managers and entrepreneurs, prominent women from the business world. The meeting was held ahead of the first conference that the Croatian Women Leaders Association is organizing on 7 July entitled “Lead to the Top”.
Association president Jasminka Horvat Martinović acquainted President Milanović with the Association’s work, which was founded last year, pointing out that their goal is to create equal opportunities in business leadership and promote excellence. It is an association that, unlike classic women’s associations, has a broader vision and encompasses action from the position of accomplished leaders who have transcended traditional divisions.
The “Lead to the Top” conference will bring together leading people from the business world of Croatia and the region, and discuss the future of leadership. “The idea of the conference is to discuss key aspects of modern leadership such as authenticity, decision-making in complex environments, resilience, strategic thinking and influence. The “Lead to the Top” conference will provide a unique opportunity to learn first-hand from leaders who shape the business scene every day,” the president of the Croatian Women Leaders Association of Lead.You said.
Attending the meeting in the Office of the President of the Republic, apart from Association president Jasminka Horvat Martinović, who is president of the Board of “Marsh McLennan Hrvatska“, were Association members: Anita Cvetič Oreščanin, director of “Solvership“, Sanja Šagud, director general of the Strategic business areas Pharmacy business of the “Atlantic Group”, Nadja Schaps Horvat, Management board member of the Association “Lead.You”, Nataša Kapov Kostovski, member of the board of Lemax d.o.o”, Ivanka Mabić Gagić, executive director of “Aleph Group“ and Martina Sokač Saraga, director of “MSS Puls“.
Alongside President Milanović was the Special Adviser to the President for the Economy Velibor Mačkić.
