President Milanović’s Greetings on the Occasion of the Jewish Holiday of Rosh Hashanah

The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović extended his greetings to Croatian citizens of the Jewish faith on the occasion of Rosh Hashanah, which reads:

“I congratulate our fellow citizens of the Jewish faith on the occasion of Rosh Hashanah, as well as the upcoming holidays of Yom Kippur and Sukkot. May the holiday of new beginnings and renewal bring an abundance of health, joy, and success to all members of the Jewish community in Croatia. The Jewish community in our country has long contributed to the betterment of Croatian society, and I am convinced that, in keeping with this tradition, it will continue to be an important factor in the social progress of Croatia.
