Ahead of tomorrow’s meeting of heads of state of the Brdo-Brijuni Process, which this year is being held in the Albanian city of Durrës, the President of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, and the President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, met on Sunday evening.

President Milanović, together with President Pirc Musar, serves as co-chair of the Brdo-Brijuni meeting, while this year’s host is President Begaj. During the trilateral meeting in Durrës, the leaders discussed key topics that will be at the centre of tomorrow’s talks — the further progress of Southeast European countries towards the European Union, the strengthening of regional stability and cooperation, and current global challenges affecting the region’s security and development.
