Did the Minister of Defense Prepare the Wreath Laying Programme for Christmas? In Case of Need

There you have it, after being confronted with the facts – documents that he did not have the courage to publish, nor send to the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia – the Minister of Defense has boldly degraded himself. He has reduced his work to “organizing honorary platoons, being a wreath bearer and a bugler.” Which, obviously, is not far from the truth. The Minister has tried to declare the Order of the Chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces as “working and internal,” which was utterly inappropriate and is definitely miles away from the truth, because the Chief of the General Staff is the only one in this matter who has properly done his job according to procedure. After all is done, we can only pose the following question: Did the Minister of Defense prepare the wreath laying programme for Christmas and New Year? In case of need, as he put it.
