President of the Republic Takes Decisions on Appointments

In accordance with the provisions of Article 106 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia (Official gazette Narodne novine, No. 56/90, 135/97, 113/00, 28/01, 76/10 i 5/14 – Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia) and Article 4, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 of the Decision on the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia (Official gazette Narodne novine, No. 18/20) the President of the Republic of Croatia has taken decisions on the following appointments:

• Orsat Miljenić, Head of Office of the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia and Adviser to the President of the Republic for Foreign and European Policy,
• Dragan Lozančić, Adviser to the President of the Republic for Defense and National Security,
• Melita Mulić, Adviser to the President of the Republic for Human Rights and Civil Society,
• Jadranka Žarković, Adviser to the President of the Republic for Education,
• Mirjam Katulić, Secretary General of the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia,
• Nikola Jelić, Spokesperson of the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia,
• Dragana Podner, Chief of Protocol of the President of the Republic of Croatia,
• Bartol Šimunić, Assistant Spokesperson of the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia,
• Marijan Mareković, Special Adviser to the President of the Republic for Homeland War Veterans,
• Velibor Mačkić, Special Adviser to the President of the Republic for the Economy,
• Julije Domac, Special Adviser to the President of the Republic for Energy and Climate.

The Decisions on the Appointments enter into force on the date of issue.
