Bartol Šimunić Appointed Head of the President’s Cabinet

In accordance with the provisions of Article 106 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia (Official gazette Narodne novine, No. 56/90, 135/97, 113/00, 28/01, 76/10 and 5/14 – Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia) and Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Decision on the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia (Official gazette Narodne novine, No. 18/20), the President of the Republic of Croatia has issued a Decision on the following dismissal and appointment:

The President of the Republic dismisses Bartol Šimunić from the position of Assistant Spokesperson and appoints him to the position of Head of Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Croatia.

The Decision enters into force on the date of issue.
