Decisions on Appointments in the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia

In accordance with the provision of Article 106 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette, No. 56/90, 135/97, 113/00, 28/01, 76/10 and 5/14 – Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia) and Article 4, paragraph 1, subparagraph 3 of the Decision on the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette, No. 18/20 and 41/20), the

President of the Republic of Croatia has taken the decision on the following appointment:

  • Neven Pelicarić is appointed Adviser to the President of the Republic of Croatia for Foreign and European Policy.

In accordance with the provision of Article 106 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette, No. 56/90, 135/97, 113/00, 28/01, 76/10 and 5/14 – Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia) and Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Decision on the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette, No. 18/20 and 41/20), the

President of the Republic of Croatia has taken the decision on the following appointment:

  • Željko Jovanović is appointed Commissioner of the President of the Republic of Croatia for Sports.

The Decisions enter into force on 1 April 2021.
