President Milanović Holds Talks with Military Leaders on Situation, Shortcomings, Necessary Budget Adjustments and Croatian Armed Forces Development Plans

The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces Zoran Milanović held a meeting today in the Office of the President with the Chief of the General Staff and commanders of all branches of the Croatian Armed Forces. The meeting discussed the situation, shortcomings, necessary budget adjustments and development plans of the Croatian Armed Forces.

The meeting was attended by the Chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces Admiral Robert Hranj, Director of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces Major General Ivica Olujić, Commander of the Croatian Army Lieutenant General Boris Šerić, Commander of the Croatian Navy Rear Admiral Ivo Raffanelli, Chief of Staff – Deputy Commander of the Croatian Air Force Colonel Marinko Galović and Chief of the Planning Directorate Brigadier General Gordana Garašić.

Adviser to the President of the Republic for Defense and National Security Dragan Lozančić was alongside President Milanović at the meeting.
