The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović today received the winners of the “Manager of the Year 2025” award and the leadership of the Croatian Managers’ & Entrepreneurs’ Association CROMA. The President congratulated the awarded managers and entrepreneurs, who presented their companies and the achievements that earned them the CROMA awards. The awards were presented at a ceremony held under the patronage of the President of the Republic in February this year.
The winners of the “Manager of the Year 2025” award are: Dino Dragun, CEO and founder of Hidrocibalae; Stjepan Bedić, CEO and founder of ETF Airways; Darko Horvat, CEO of Bosqar Invest; Matija Žulj, CEO and founder of Agrivia; Goran Ladišić, CEO of Project O2; Nikola Jurman, CEO and owner of Filix; Marko Jurman, CEO and owner of Filix; Nada Šimić, founder and owner of Primac; Tomislav Ivanić, CEO and founder of Bravarija Ivanić; Hrvoje Parag, CEO of Herbairum; Medeja Lončar, CEO of Siemens; and Zoran Mabić, CEO of Lesaffre Adriatica.
The awards are given in the categories of large, medium, and small enterprises, socially responsible businesses, foreign managers, and managers who have distinguished themselves through innovative projects, positive social impact, and contributions to the economic development of Croatia.
HUM-CROMA President Ana Soldo stated that the association has 150 member companies, employing over 50,000 people and generating around eight billion euros in revenue. She also highlighted that many companies in Croatia are growing year after year but remain unknown to the general public, as many of them – such as the companies of the awarded entrepreneurs and managers – primarily serve foreign markets.
In addition to the awarded entrepreneurs and managers and the president of the association, the meeting was attended by HUM-CROMA Executive Board members Igor Benaković, Ana Soldo, and Manuela Šola, as well as General Manager Ana Falak. President Milanović was accompanied by Velibor Mačkić, the President’s Special Adviser for the Economy.
