President Milanović Meets with Glina Deputy Mayor Branka Bakšić Mitić

The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović met today with the Deputy Mayor of the town of Glina Branka Bakšić Mitić.

At the meeting held in the Office of the President, the Deputy Mayor of Glina Bakšić Mitić informed President Milanović about the situation in Glina and the surrounding area three months after the earthquake that struck the region. She informed the President of the Republic about the activities undertaken so far by the local authorities and the government team for the reconstruction of the earthquake-affected areas, but also highlighted the problems that the residents of Glina and the surrounding area continue to face.

President Milanović confirmed at the meeting that he will soon again visit the earthquake-stricken areas of Sisak-Moslavina County.
