President Milanović Meets with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov

The President of the Republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov, who is on an official visit to the Republic of Croatia.

The political and economic relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Russian Federation were discussed at the meeting held in the Office of the President, as was the situation in Southeast Europe. President Milanović and Minister Lavrov also discussed the possibilities for improving relations between the Russian Federation and the European Union, of which the Republic of Croatia is a member.
