President Milanović Meets with Representatives of Croatian Companies, Prime Minister and Speaker of Parliament of Montenegro

The President of the Republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović wrapped up the first day of his official two-day visit to Montenegro, during which he extended his support to that country on its European path and held meetings with the Prime Minister of Montenegro Duško Marković and representatives of Croatian companies in Podgorica.     

Before meeting with Prime Minister Marković, President Milanović met with representatives of some 15 Croatian companies doing business in Montenegro. Presenting them, Ambassador Veselko Grubišić said that last year the companies imported to Montenegro over EUR 200 million worth of goods from Croatia.

On the second day of his official visit, President Milanović met in Podgorica with the Speaker of the Parliament of Montenegro Ivan Brajović, after which he will visit Donja Lastva in the Bay of Kotor and meet with members of the Croatian community.
