President Milanović Receives Organizers and Participants of the 10th Ivanić-Grad Innovation Exhibition
The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović today received the organizers and participants of the 10th Ivanić-Grad Innovation Exhibition (I3G), which took place in Ivanić-Grad on 21–22 May 2025 under the patronage of the President.
The organizers of the exhibition, led by Josip Kožar, President of the Electronics and Computer Club Ivanić-Grad, presented the event to President Milanović, describing it as an opportunity for networking, exchanging ideas and experiences, and supporting the further development of the country’s innovative potential. The Electronics and Computer Club Ivanić-Grad organized the exhibition in cooperation with the Technical Culture Association of Zagreb County and the Croatian Innovators’ Association. The event is intended for secondary school students, university students, associations, and independent innovators who wish to showcase their ideas, projects, and innovations, it was noted during the meeting.
Furthermore, they emphasized that the exhibition also had a competitive component, offering exhibitors the opportunity to present their work before an expert jury and a broad audience. The Innovation Exhibition “I3G” was launched in 2014 as a platform to foster innovative thinking and approaches to product development. Over the years, it has become a hub for young and innovative individuals brought together by a shared passion for technical culture, innovation, and entrepreneurship, as well as a desire for new knowledge and achievement.
In addition to Josip Kožar, President of the Electronics and Computer Club Ivanić-Grad, the meeting at the Office of the President of the Republic was attended by the Club’s Vice President, Jadranka Dorešić; the project manager of the Innovation Exhibition, Marjana Postružin Kožar; the President of the Technical Culture Association of Zagreb County, Ivan Vlainić; and members of the Electronics and Computer Club Ivanić-Grad: Ivan Kožar, Lovorka Postružin, Željko Hederić, Goran Golubić, and Miro Drempetić.
President Milanović was accompanied by the Special Adviser to the President of the Republic for the Economy, Velibor Mačkić; the Adviser to the President of the Republic for Education, Jadranka Žarković; and the Assistant Adviser to the President of the Republic for the Economy, Martina Ciglević.
