President of the Republic Meets with Author of Project “Portret Hrvatske 2020“
The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović received photographer Luka Mjeda, president of the Croatian Photography Center, and initiator of the project “Portret Hrvatske 2020“ [Portrait of Croatia].
Luka Mjeda presented the project “Portret Hrvatske 2020“ to President Milanović as well as five monographs with which Croatia is showcasing itself to Europe. This is a project aimed at presenting Croatia as the youngest member to the citizens of the European Union through photographs of people from Croatia during the period of 1st July 2013 to the end of 2019. As part of the project an exhibit “Portret Hrvatske 2020“ was held in February of this year in Mimara Museum. Attending the meeting in addition to the President of the Republic was the Special Adviser to the President for Culture Zdravko Zima.
