President of the Republic to Nominate Zagreb County Court Judge Sandra Artuković Kunšt as Supreme Court President

The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović will nominate Sandra Artuković Kunšt, a judge at the Zagreb County Court, for the position of President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia.

Following today’s meeting of the Croatian Parliament’s Judiciary Committee, which fulfilled the formal conditions for making the nomination decision, the President of the Republic, in accordance with Article 116 of the Constitution, will propose to the Croatian Parliament that Judge Artuković Kunšt be elected as President of the Supreme Court.
