President of the Republic’s Easter Greetings to Orthodox Believers

The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović sent Easter greetings to all citizens who celebrate Easter according to the Julian calendar. His message reads as follows:

“I wish all Orthodox believers in Croatia, who celebrate the most important Christian holiday according to the Julian calendar, a happy Easter. Faith in a better tomorrow and hope for the victory of light and good have always been associated with this holiday. May the importance of the Easter holiday before us really encourage everyone in our homeland to mutual respect, solidarity among people and respect for the diversity and dignity of every human being. I wish our fellow citizens who celebrate Easter tomorrow to spend the Easter holiday peacefully and joyfully, surrounded by family and friends.
