President Milanović: Every euro of EU funding must be spent on reconstruction, as these funds will no longer be available in a year or two
“European funds must be utilized with the utmost seriousness and ambition, ensuring that every euro within reach is spent. After all, if we fail to do so, we may well ask ourselves what we are doing in the European Union.
