12:00 - The President of the Republic will award the Order of the Croatian Star featuring the Effigy of Katarina Zrinska to voluntary blood donors of 2024, a recognition which honours their noble and humanitarian act of donating blood and blood components. Men who have donated at least a hundred times and women who have donated at least seventy-five times will be honoured. 12:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will hold a meeting with the Chief of the General Staff and commanders of the Croatian Armed Forces (Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia, Trg kralja Petra Krešimira IV/1).

On this occasion, the President of the Republic will present decorations to police stations, a police unit, and active members of the Ministry of the Interior (“1st Croatian Guards Corps,” barracks Tuškanac 36). The President of the Republic will deliver an address.
