10:00 - The President of the Republic will attend the opening of the 20th Days of the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers [XX. Dani Hrvatske komore inženjera građevinarstva] (Hotel Ambasador, Ulica Feliksa Peršića 5). The President of the Republic will deliver an address.

19:10 - The President of the Republic will attend the opening of the exhibition of works by Ljubo Ivančić, titled “Prah ili mirabile visu” (“Dust or Mirabile Visu”) (d.s. studio, Ulica grada Vukovara 35).

11:00 - The President of the Republic will participate at the ceremony of presentation of recognition awards of the City of Zagreb on the occasion of the City of Zagreb Day (Old City Hall, Ulica sv. Ćirila i Metoda 5). The President of the Republic will deliver an address.

17:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will participate at the formal session on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the formation of Zagreb Reserve Brigades, Zagreb Defenders Day, and Statehood Day (Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, Trg Stjepana Radića 4). The President of the Republic will deliver an address.

11:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will participate in a formal session to mark the Croatian Army Day, and the 35th anniversary of the formation of the Croatian Army (Croatian Army Auditorium “Zvonimir“). The President of the Republic will deliver an address.

NOTE: Due to a mandatory security check, media representatives interested in covering the formal session are requested to arrive at the Ministry of Defence, Trg kralja Petra Krešimira IV No. 1, on Thursday, 28 May 2026 no later than 10:00, and are obliged to announce their arrival at the following e-mail: press@morh.hr latest by Wednesday, 27 May 2026 at 19:00. 18:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will host a formal reception to mark the Croatian Army Day, and the 35th anniversary of the formation of the Croatian Army. On that occasion, the President of the Republic will present decorations, promotions, and commendations to members of the Croatian Armed Forces (1st Croatian Guards Corps Barracks, Tuškanac 36). The President of the Republic will deliver an address.

UŠTICA

15:35 - The President of the Republic will visit the Roma Memorial Centre Uštica where he will plant the Tree of Peace at the Park of Peace within the complex of the Centre. Moreover, the President will also meet with the representatives of the Croatian Romani Union “Kali Sara” (Tratinska ulica bb).

OMIŠALJ

19:00 - The President of the Republic will attend the ceremonial session of the Municipal Council of Omišalj on the occasion of the Municipality Omišalj Day and Whit Tuesday (Prikešte 13). The President will deliver an address.

12:00 - The President of the Republic will visit the Sacral Museum of the Greek Catholic Seminary in Zagreb and the Greek Catholic Co-cathedral of Saints Cyril and Methodius (Ćirilometodska ulica 1).

20:00 - The President of the Republic will attend the gala premiere of the film “Lijepa večer, lijep dan” [“Beautiful Evening, Beautiful Day”] (Cinestar Kaptol centar, Nova Ves 17).

18:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will attend the 35th anniversary ceremony marking the formation of the 2nd Guards Brigade “Thunders” (Restaurant Gastro Globus, Avenija Dubrovnik 15). The President of the Republic will deliver an address.

11:00 - The President of the Republic will receive His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark (Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Pantovčak 241). Photographers and camera operators may record the beginning of the meaning after which a press release will be issued.
