11:00 - The President of the Republic will award the Order of the Croatian Star featuring the effigy of Katarina Zrinska to voluntary blood donors of 2023, a recognition which honours their noble and humanitarian act of donating blood and blood components. Men who have donated at least a hundred times and women who have donated at least seventy-five times will be honoured. 12:00 - The President of the Republic will present decorations and recognitions of the Republic of Croatia to deserving individuals and organizations from culture, sciences, sports and business (Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Pantovčak 241). The President of the Republic will deliver an address.
