Diplomatic Grape Harvest

11:00 - The President of the Republic will take part in a grape harvest planned for heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited to the Republic of Croatia – “Diplomatic Grape Harvest”. The host of the “Diplomatic Grape Harvest” is the President of the Republic Zoran Milanović, the organizer is the City of Jastrebarsko, and the fifth consecutive “Diplomatic Grape Harvest” in Jastrebarsko will be held in the Korak family vineyard on Plešivica mountain. An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

Given the protocol of the event, the limitations and the epidemiological measures, media representatives are kindly requested to adhere to the following timeline: - 10:00 – 10:30 – gathering of media representatives in Erdödy Castle park, Jastrebarsko - 11:30 – 11:45 – boarding of buses and departure for the Korak Winery (NOTE: transportation to the Korak Winery will be by buses, and entry to the winery will be possible only to those accredited media representatives who will use the organized transportation) - 11:00 – Diplomatic grape harvest in the Korak Winery - 12:15 – departure of media representatives to Režek Winery for a lunch organized for journalists - 13:30 – organized departure of journalists from Režek Winery to Erdödy Castle park, Jastrebarsko

10:50 - The President of the Republic will lay a wreath and light a candle at the monument to the fallen Croatian defenders in the Matica Hrvatska Park.

11:00 - The President of the Republic will attend a formal session of the Donji Miholjac City Council on the occasion of Municipal Day (Ante Starčević Square 2). An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

10:00 - The President of the Republic will attend the 50th edition of the “Branje grojzdja“ event (Grape Harvest) (Zdolc Winery, Vojsak 1/5). An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

10:45 - The President of the Republic will lay a wreath and light a candle at the central monument in the Park of the People’s Uprising.

11:00 - The President of the Republic will attend a formal session on the occasion of marking Istria County Day (Memorial Lodge, Šetalište pazinske gimnazije 1). An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

10:00- The President of the Republic will take part in the Austrian World Summit on Energy Transition and Adapting to Climate Change (Stallburg“, Reitschulgasse 2)

19:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will take part in a homecoming ceremony for the 12th Croatian Contingent (HRVCON) returning from the Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan. An address by the President of the Republic is planned

NOTE: We invite media representatives interested in covering the homecoming ceremony to arrive at the “Pukovnik Marko Živković” Barracks at Pleso on Tuesday, 15 September 2020 no later than 18:00 (possible schedule change) and to announce their arrival by e-mail: infor@morh.hr by Tuesday, 15 September 2020 at 16:00. Media representatives must provide their first and last name, name of the media outlet, their status (journalist, cameraman, photographer), personal ID number or journalist ID number, contact number.
