11:45 - On the occasion of marking the 30th anniversary of the formation of the 57th “Marijan Celjak” Independent Battalion, the President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will lay a wreath and light a candle in memory of the fallen Croatian defenders at the Central Cross in Viktorovac Cemetery.

SINJ

9:00 - The President of the Republic will lay a wreath and light a candle at the monument to the defenders of Croatia killed in the Homeland War and hold a meeting with the mayor of the town of Sinj and his associates (Office of the Mayor of Sinj).

9:30 - The President of the Republic will attend the symposium Tripalovi dani u Sinju 2021 [Tripalo Days in Sinj 2021], organized by the Miko Tripalo Centre for Democracy and Law and held under the auspices of the President of the Republic in the Alka Halls (Šetalište A. Stepinca 2) An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

ZAGREB

17:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will attend a formal session held on the 30th anniversary of the formation of the 101st Brigade of the Croatian National Guard / Croatian Army (Centre for Culture and Education in Susedgrad, Argentinska 5) An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

BRDOVEC

19:00 - The President of the Republic will attend a ceremony on Brdovec Municipality Day and the unveiling of the monument U mojem je kraju moj početak dedicated to the fallen defenders of Croatia from the Municipality of Brdovec (Zagrebačka 24) An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

KRK

9:00 - The President of the Republic will attend the opening of the 10th Krk Island Energy Conference “Energy transition in the context of climate change and the new European Green Deal,” held under the auspices of the President of the Republic and organized by the University of Rijeka Faculty of Economics and Business, the Kvarner Regional Energy Agency and the Eko Kvarner Association (Krk City Council, Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 2). An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

9:30 - The President of the Republic will hold a working meeting with the newly elected heads of towns and municipalities from the entire Kvarner area (Krk City Council, Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 2)

10:40 - The President of the Republic will visit the Ponikve utility company (Vršanska cesta 14). A meeting with company representatives and a project presentation are planned during the President’s visit.

VRBNIK

12:00 - The President of the Republic will visit the Vrbnik agricultural cooperative, where he will meet with winemakers and olive growers from Krk Island (Namori ulica 2)

15:00 - The President of the Republic will attend the presentation of the European Large Family of the Year Award to the Toljanić family (Frankopanska ulica 1).

ZAGREB

11:00 - The President of the Republic will visit the Zagreb Child and Youth Protection Centre (Đorđićeva 26). At the Zagreb Child and Youth Protection Centre, the President of the Republic will attend a meeting with the Centre’s expert team and tour the facility.

14:00 - The President of the Republic will visit the company Nanobit d.o.o. specializing in the development of mobile applications and games (Radnička cesta 37 B). The President of the Republic will hold a meeting with company representatives and visit its offices.

9:30 - The President of the Republic will attend a conference for heads of associations of persons with disabilities organized by the Croatian Union of Societies of Physically Disabled Persons as part of the implementation of the three-year “Socialization, education and recreation of persons with disabilities” programme, which is in its first year (“Diplomat” Hotel, Horvatova ul. 35B) An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

MIROGOJ CEMETERY

9:15 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will lay a wreath and light a candle at the “Voice of the Croatian Victims – Wall of Pain” Memorial, at the Central Cross in the Alley of the Fallen Croatian Soldiers, at the tomb of the first President of the Republic of Croatia Dr. Franjo Tuđman at Mirogoj cemetery and at the common grave of unidentified victims of the Homeland War at the Crematorium.

CROATIAN NATIONAL THEATRE

14:30 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will participate in a formal session on the occasion of Croatian Armed Forces Day, Croatian Army Day and the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Croatian National Guard (Republic of Croatia Square 15). An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

FOOTBALL STADIUM ON KRANJČEVIĆ STREET

18:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will attend the ceremonial line-up of members of the Croatian Armed Forces, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Croatian Veterans. An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

SLUNJ

11:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will attend the “Immediate Response 21” international military exercise at the “Eugen Kvaternik” military training grounds. An address by the President of the Republic is planned.

ZAGREB

18:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will host a reception on the occasion of Croatian Armed Forces Day and Croatian Army Day, and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the armed forces (Pantovčak 241). An address by the President of the Republic is planned .

NOTE: Media representatives are kindly requested to arrive at the Office of the President no later than 17:00 and to use the Villa Prekrižje entrance (Pantovčak 281).

10:00 - The President of the Republic will visit “Suvenir Arbor“, institution for the professional rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons (Stjepana Radića 74, Sirač) A tour of the institution’s production facility is planned
