President of the Republic to Participate in the Austrian World Summit on Energy Transition and Adapting to Climate Change

At the invitation of the founders of the climate initiative dedicated to raising awareness about the climate crisis and an urgent need for action, the President of the Republic of Austria Dr. Alexander Van der Bellen and former Governor of the U.S. State of California Arnold Schwarzenegger, the President of the Republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović will participate on Thursday, 17 September 2020 in the Austrian World Summit in Vienna.

President Milanović will take part in the Round Table Discussion “Reacting to the Climate Crisis – The European Green Deal,” where he will speak about Croatia’s role and efforts in the field of energy transition and adapting to climate change.

During his stay in Vienna, President Milanović will hold bilateral meetings on the margins of the Austrian World Summit with the President of the Republic of Austria Dr. Alexander Van der Bellen and the President of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Čaputová.
